Have you ever used Christian affirmations or daily affirmed scriptural truth over your life?
Biblical Affirmations are just that – biblical truths affirmed and meditated on trusting God’s Spirit to work within you.
I really hesitate sometimes to use the word “affirmation” because of how some teach that if you say something over and over it becomes true. These are true because of God’s Word, not because we repeat something over and over in hopes of making it true. We trust His Spirit to work through us in understanding, applying, and living from His Word.
All throughout the bible, we’re given truth upon truth. Yet, on a daily basis – just as the Israelites in the bible – we may doubt and question God’s loyalty and love to us though He’s proven Himself since the beginning of time.
Even after the sacrifice of His precious Son, even after He’s shown His faithfulness, and even after the finished work of Jesus Christ, we still have thoughts that cause us to doubt and wonder.
One great way to combat these fleeting thoughts of doubt is through meditating and spending time in God’s Word and trusting God’s Spirit to work within you.

Biblical Affirmations
As believers in Jesus Christ, we’ve been given the gift of the Holy Spirit who works through us and in us. He takes God’s living Word and imparts wisdom, knowledge, and fear of the Lord.
My prayer is that this intentional time with the Lord increases your trust in Him and further deepens your allegiance to our Savior. It is such a gift to know the Holy Spirit tends and nourishes our daily walk with God!
As we continue to grow deeper roots, the Holy Spirit guides us with truth. He helps, teaches, and reminds us of God’s Word and when we’ve been grounded through biblical affirmations, we are quick to show thoughts of doubt their rightful place: out the door.
What are spiritual affirmations?
There’s a huge difference between biblical affirmations and positive affirmations. One is based on the dependency of God’s Word, and the other is based on the dependency of self.
What are daily Christian affirmations?
Biblical affirmations, like daily Christian affirmations, are the act of declaring what the bible says is true about you. It is declaring and pouring truth over who you are daily until it seeps into your being. The best way to cover your life with daily affirmations is through scripture alone.
Biblical affirmations are true, never-changing, and declared by the Creator of all things. You may wonder what is the purpose of affirmations? It is to encourage and ground you in truth. Affirm God’s word.
Biblical Affirmations – Know You are who God says you are.
Knowing your identity in Christ and who God says you are is something I am deeply passionate about sharing and affirming with other women. It is so easy to be tempted and distracted from who God declares us to be or to put our identity in misplaced worldly identity markers.
Sharing this list of godly affirmations is a heart project of mine. To imagine women of faith rising up, boldly walking out their faith because they know whose they are, spurring others on, and living out the gospel is a sight my heart longs to see.
These biblical affirmations are the perfect tool to get you started! It’s taking God’s Word, believing in faith it is personal to you, and living His truth alone over your life.
We have a personal God that longs for us to know Him and His promises to us.
Use these daily Christian affirmations and praise God for lavishing His great love upon us!

May God guide and direct your steps daily as you pursue Him!
Hi! ☺️… I am sitting here completely overwhelmed at God’s love, grace and mercy ❤️ I literally just finished a small group book “Rooted” this morning. On the last page had stated we were to think of words of affirmation for each person in our small group. I went searching on my phone for what an affirmation was…. and it literally led me to this page of yours ❤️❤️!! I wish I could put into words how much finding this has meant to me!!!! You’ll never grasp the impact, but I pray for your continued pilgrimage 🙏🥰 and thank you for being obedient to God’s calling! Be Still and Know that I am God – Psalm 46:10
God bless you Erin. God led me to your blog this morning as I was trying to comfort my daughter. She was quite distraught and in a very dark place. I walked her through each affirmation and asked her to read them aloud to me, while placing her name in the scriptures. By #20, she was recovering, at #31 I knew God had delivered her. Her countenance had been changed by His Word. To HIM give all honor and glory and praise!!
Thank God for you and your ministry. NAC
Reading this brings huge smiles and all glory to the Lord! Thank you for sharing how He worked in your daughter’s life!
